The Man in the Newspaper Hat will have its future shaped for it by the experiences during our Seattle run. Both the rehearsal period, which we’ll use as a time for exploration into the material and the characters, then the feedback from the audience, will inform us of where The Man is headed to. Will it be attractive to bigger rep houses? Should it go to Washington DC, since it’s the locale of the play? Is it a good touring project? Should we take it to the Edinburgh Fringe – a longstanding dream of mine… Like parenting, what matters is not so much what we have in mind for our children’s future, but rather what they naturally gravitate to. The same goes for creative projects. Seattle will let us know where the heart of The Man lives, and we’ll follow it there.

Danton’s Death is being submitted to various theatre companies around the country.

ManyTracks is now again on the lookout for projects which align with our mission statement.

Please feel free to contact us with any ideas!
