Writings, Blogging and Critiques

Check out my reviews on ReviewBroadway.com, a new online magazine committed to in-depth assessments of what's up and running on Broadway. I'm very excited by this assignment, as it veers from the traditional model of the critic spouting his/her wisdom about a given production. Not only will you often find more than one review of a show, which proves that there is no one solid truth out there, but the readers are encouraged to comment on them. And we the writers are encouraged to answer back! This feeds perfectly into what ManyTracks is trying to do - stir up, engage, inspire.

  UPCOMING PRODUCTION

THE MAN IN THE NEWSPAPER HAT
by Hayley Heaton

After several rewrites and readings, The Man is finally ready for relaunch. Opening November 17, 2011 for a five-week run in Seattle!

Just in time for the Elizabeth Bishop Centennial, ManyTracks is co-producing with Theatre Lexicon to create a powerful experience around the controversial poet Ezra Pound at the mental asylum of St.Elizabeths, battling with Elizabeth Bishop about “good” poetry as his inner world begins to shift.
